Sofia's Seventh Week

Sofia's becoming more expressive with each day. Some highlights of this week were finding her hands and big smiles! She still lets out this huge surprised look each time her hand makes it into her mouth, like "Oh, you're still here!"

Sofia's Sixth Week

Sofia's growing up! Just this week she started giving full mouth smiles and is way more alert. She can follow voices and moves her attention from one person to another. She knows exactly when dinner time is and wants to join the party! Our lil girl is a late night owl, definately a Dyen trait:) She's becoming a pro at pushing up and holding her head up for longer periods of time.

We had a great week with Mimi & Poppi making soups, going on lil walks & mostly just staring at Sofia. We went to Hood River for 2 days and had a blast even though it was rainy.

We finished our week off with an overnight on the coast with Kate & Terry & Henry. Of course the bubs entertained us, this was the first time Henry & Sofia really noticed each other. Sofia loved it!

Sofia's Fifth Week

Kristina & Luke & Gabriella came to town for a quick visit. With less than 24 hours we managed to pack in a trip to the kid friendly coffee shop, Sip & Kranz and got in a late night catch up session. So fun having a house full of kids! Gabriella helped to give us a lesson in child proofing our house. You go girlfriend!

Toward the end of the week Poppi Chris & Mimi Betty made their long awaiting journey up to Portland to meet little Sofia! So Sofia immediately got to work healing Chris' heart:)
